GOOD NEWS FOR THE CURTIS FUND
After a winter that seemed to hang on way too long, hopes for spring are mounting as the days are getting longer. It’s now just a matter of time when we see flowers blooming and trees filling out with leaves. Spring is a time of change and for The Curtis Fund it’s a season of good news. For the first time in its 107-year history, the Fund has hired a staff member, Joyce Cellars, as Director of Advancement. Joyce has an extensive background and experience working in non-profits in California and Vermont. With her expertise in fundraising, marketing and communications, and community engagement, Joyce will be a valuable asset in growing the Fund and in creating more visibility for its work. Her efforts will help provide more financial assistance to more Vermonters seeking postsecondary education.
This is an exciting new phase for The Curtis Fund and we are so delighted to have her on our team! We welcome Joyce Cellars!
